I have experienced quite a few realtor encounters and have to say I never have had a realtor work as hard selling and finding us a new home. Tim is by far the hardest working realtor I have ever seen. We were out of town when our first open house was going and our neighbors texted us pictures of the open house. I don’t think I have seen more signs and banners at a Grand Opening of any business, our house looked like the first day of the World’s fair. I would have went in just to see what the excitement was about. Tim sold our house in 3 weeks even in a poor market at a very respectful price. Then the fun started trying to find a new home, the hard part is we were living in our RV in sierra’s and with very limited e-mail and communications. Tim knew exactly what we were looking for in our retirement home. the market had just went on a huge crazy bidding war, offers were stupid crazy upwards of 40k over asking price. Tim instructed us to be patient, after 4 months and numerous offers rejected Tim found us our perfect retirement house. He worked his you know what off, with a very uncooperative sellers realtor and with his dedication and perseverance we finally closed on our home. I will recommend Tim and his colleagues to everyone I know. This endeavor wasn’t possible with any other realtor, I commend him and his team (Alan) on a job well done.

After working with a different realtor for over 6 months I heard of Welton Realty. I called them on Wednesday to setup a meeting on Friday, Monday afternoon I made an offer on an awesome house that Tim hand-picked to show me. A little over a month later I was a home owner. The Welton Realty team has been the best to work with, Allan Walsh knew exactly what to do to get me approved for the loan I needed and any time I call with a question they have an answer for my by the end of the day. They have great references for anything you may need to get your house ready to move into and will do whatever they can to help. Even after the purchase of my home Tim has been more than helpful answering question about anything I can think of no matter how small. Tim was great. We were not the easiest people to find a house for, and Tim was very patient and made sure to only show us houses he thought we would like. It never felt like he was showing us a house just to sell it. He really wanted to find a house that suited us. When we finally found a house, the process hit a few snags that were not Tim’s fault, but he went out of his way and did the job of 3 people to make sure our loan went through. He even talked my wife into giving me a man cave. We’ve already recommended Tim to 3 people we know who are looking to buy.

Our experience was remarkable to say the least. We worked directly with Tim and he made himself available to us at every turn. Tim did indeed find us a home, showed the home to us a number of times and my wife and I feel we became friends along the way. Tim went the extra mile above and beyond the call of duty. After finding us a home Tim and his son TJ showed up on moving day and helped us load up all of our things on the moving truck and went with us to our new home and helped unload. I will never forget that. I have never known any realtor to extend their services to helping a client with moving. After the move was complete Tim extended himself to getting all the left over boxes and packing material pick up. To top everything off Tim took care of all the paper work, brought it to our home for signing, which help me out a lot. Meanwhile Alen took care of all of the financing , secured our loan for us without us having to do much of anything. To top it off Tim put our former home on the market and sold it in just a few days helping up to avoid that possibility of having two house payments.
