If you still have any hesitation here are a few testimonials from some of our military clients.

“As a member of the Armed Forces, it is difficult to plan the purchase of a home, but that wasn’t the case when I worked with Welton Realty. I had the privilege of working with Welton Realty when I purchased my first home. Everything was explained to me, everything was covered, everyone was helpful and everyone really made my first home purchase a worry-free experience. These folks are the best in the business, they really take care of the military community and I’m glad to have worked with these professionals.”

Mark Torralba

“After searching for 30 days for a real estate agent from Hawaii I found Tim. He called me back within 10 minutes and worked diligently to get me into my home with the limited time I gave him. When I met Alan and started the loan process I knew I was in the right place. They did everything in their power to ensure I was taken care of. They understand the PCS timeframes and never faltered in their quest to get me into my home. I will forever be grateful for their guidance, understanding, hard work and honesty.”

Brad J.

“What a great experience. We put a lot of trust in you during our recent PCS to Beale and you nailed it. All I can say is Thanks Tim and Alan for helping us with our first purchase. We were amazed at how professional your team was and the personal touches throughout the deal were over the top. I’m telling everyone about you. Thanks again.”

I want veterans to know we are here to help them.”
